Hello, June! After plenty of back-and-forth with the weather, it finally feels like we’re settling into warmer, sunnier days. As summer approaches, we hope you find plenty of time to enjoy the fresh air and everything downtown Sioux Falls has to offer.

Rivage Oak Kitchen Weekly Deals

Monday: Burgers and Classics, Cheeseburger + frites for $15, and 25% off classic cocktails
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday, Chef's taco features; Cherapa Exclusive, 10% off food, and BOGO on your first drink

THINGS TO NOTE

The train crossing is one step closer to becoming a quiet zone, with the city beginning construction this month. During construction, access to Railyard Flats via JJ’s Way may be temporarily restricted. The most up-to-date information can be found here . Please note that access to Railyard Flats will remain available through the 6th Street Cherapa Place parking garage entrance and the main Cherapa Place entrance.

If you live at The Clark Lofts or The Dakota Flats, you may have noticed a new black pinboard in your mailroom. These boards are for all residents to use. Whether you’re offering a service, organizing a book club, or sharing something else with the community, feel free to post it there! For all Pendar residents, the Pendar Properties Resident Facebook page is available for you to join, as well.

As our buildings continue to fill up, please remember proper elevator etiquette. When the elevator doors open, please allow others to exit before entering.

We hope you had a wonderful April and that May is off to a great start. We’re moving our newsletters to our website to make sure everyone who wants to receive them has easy access. You can now find updates and upcoming events at pendarproperties.com/blog on the first Monday of each month. We also want to thank everyone who completed the survey and shared feedback about working at a Pendar property. We hope this newsletter helps address some of the common questions that came up. Rivage Oak Kitchen’s happy hours are here! Stop by Monday through Thursday from 3:00–6:00 pm or 9:00 pm to close to enjoy special deals.

Plenty is happening on the Cherapa Campus to celebrate Mother’s Day ( May 10 ). Rivage Oak Kitchen is hosting brunch , but reservations are filling quickly. HK will also offer a special dinner with limited availability.

On May 12 , Napa Valley winemaker Peter Franus joins HK for an intimate wine dinner. Reserve your spot here .

Bancorp is hosting a Blood Drive on May 19 from 8:00–11:30 am and 1:00–4:00 pm. The bloodmobile will be parked outside the main Bancorp entrance. Sign up here .

Pomegranate Market’s Farmers Market continues beyond Earth Day! Vendors return to Cherapa Place on May 22 . More details coming soon.
