We hope you had a wonderful April and that May is off to a great start. We’re moving our newsletters to our website to make sure everyone who wants to receive them has easy access. You can now find updates and upcoming events at pendarproperties.com/blog on the first Monday of each month.
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who completed the survey and shared feedback about living at a Pendar property. We hope this newsletter helps address some of the common questions that came up. If you have any additional questions, our team is always here to help!
At Pendar Properties, we're proud to support both our retail and residential tenants by hosting community events. We also know many residents are interested in more opportunities to connect. As a reminder, we have a Pendar Properties Residents Facebook page - a great place to organize book clubs, buy or sell furniture, and connect with neighbors. To join, simply submit a request here.
As a reminder, we love offering perks to our residents. A few worth mentioning:

Rivage Oak Kitchen’s happy hours are here! Stop by Monday through Thursday from 3:00–6:00 pm or 9:00 pm to close to enjoy special deals.
Candyland is at Highball for the entire month of May! Your favorite sweet treats are being offered for a limited time as your new favorite cocktails. (We've included a little sneak peek on the left!)
Nunzio’s Tap Takeover Series kicks off May 5 with Altered Species Ales. Enjoy beer, bites, and more. Space is limited - reserve your spot here.
Plenty is happening on the Cherapa Campus to celebrate Mother’s Day (May 10). Rivage Oak Kitchen is hosting brunch, but reservations are filling quickly. HK will also offer a special dinner with limited availability.
On May 12, Napa Valley winemaker Peter Franus joins HK for an intimate wine dinner. Reserve your spot here.
Bancorp is hosting a Blood Drive on May 19 from 8:00–11:30 am and 1:00–4:00 pm. The bloodmobile will be parked outside the main Bancorp entrance. Sign up here.
