THINGS TO NOTE
Train Crossing Construction Update
The train crossing is one step closer to becoming a quiet zone, with the city beginning construction last month. During construction, access to Railyard Flats via JJ's Way may be temporarily restricted. The most up-to-date information is available here.
Please note that Railyard Flats will remain accessible via the 6th Street entrance to the Cherapa Place parking garage and the main Cherapa Place entrance.

Resident Tips
Keep your apartment in tip-top shape! Be sure to remove dryer lint after every use, and wash your dryer filter with water monthly.
Your sink's garbage disposal can handle a lot! However, grease and oil, starches like oats and pasta, and hard items like fruit pits and non-food items should not go down the disposal.
