THINGS TO NOTE
The train crossing is one step closer to becoming a quiet zone, with the city beginning construction this month. During construction, access to Railyard Flats via JJ’s Way may be temporarily restricted. The most up-to-date information can be found here. Please note that access to Railyard Flats will remain available through the 6th Street Cherapa Place parking garage entrance and the main Cherapa Place entrance.
For all Pendar residents, the Pendar Properties Resident Facebook page is available for you to join to communicate with fellow residents, plan community events, sell furniture, etc.
Nunzios has new hours! They are now open Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm, giving you even more time to enjoy lunch, dinner, or a spontaneous pizza night downstairs. Nunzios is also rolling out "Neighborz", an exclusive Cherapa Place resident perk. More details will be coming soon.
