THINGS TO NOTE
Train Crossing Construction Update
The train crossing is one step closer to becoming a quiet zone, with the city beginning construction last month. During construction, access to Railyard Flats via JJ's Way may be temporarily restricted. The most up-to-date information is available here.
Please note that Railyard Flats will remain accessible via the 6th Street entrance to the Cherapa Place parking garage and the main Cherapa Place entrance.

Nunzio's New Hours & Resident Perks
Nunzio's has expanded its hours and is now open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., giving you even more time to enjoy lunch, dinner, or a spontaneous pizza night downstairs.
They're also launching Neighborz, an exclusive perk for Cherapa Place residents. More details are coming soon, so be sure to
