THINGS TO NOTE
The train crossing is one step closer to becoming a quiet zone, with the city beginning construction this month. During construction, access to Railyard Flats via JJ’s Way may be temporarily restricted. The most up-to-date information can be found here. Please note that access to Railyard Flats will remain available through the 6th Street Cherapa Place parking garage entrance and the main Cherapa Place entrance.
If you live at The Clark Lofts or The Dakota Flats, you may have noticed a new black pinboard in your mailroom. These boards are for all residents to use. Whether you’re offering a service, organizing a book club, or sharing something else with the community, feel free to post it there! For all Pendar residents, the Pendar Properties Resident Facebook page is available for you to join, as well.
As our buildings continue to fill up, please remember proper elevator etiquette. When the elevator doors open, please allow others to exit before entering.
